Happy Holiday Season!

If you’re anything like me, you are layering up. Maybe your diet is beginning to change to warmer comfort food and blankets are making their way to the couch. Fall is a great time to cozy up whatever that means for you.

It’s also a time when we start getting ready to embrace the colder air and….

face some of the challenges winter will soon bring depending on where you live. It makes me think of

“RESILIENCE”

Building resilience is tough at times given all the external factors we are exposed to daily. And, certainly during this pandemic I’ve had many clients come to me recently asking for help with building resilience. Whether it’s our jobs or our personal life resilience is a skill we can all use to make things run a little smoother.

Here are 3 KEY THINGS to focus on to help build “Resilience”:

BOUNDARIES: it’s so important to become comfortable with setting boundaries for yourself and around others. When you show respect for yourself and your boundaries, respect is reciprocated and makes it easier to reserve your energy. Boundaries really do give back in the long run.

NURTURE YOURSELF: take time to recoup, re-energize and create space for your wellbeing. The stronger you are, the healthier your energy is the better equipped you will be to handle any challenge or setbacks that arise.

PURPOSE: discover a deeper understanding to what drives you, fuels you, and gives your life purpose. Getting clear with your true values allows you to face any challenge or opportunity with confidence and grace.

Resilience, you have it in you, and you can call on it anytime. Be bold, brave, and fearless.
