BUST THE BURNOUT!
Welcome and congratulations for taking the first step into BUSTING your
BURN OUT!
It took me two years of being in burn out to finally succumb to the fact that I was in BURNOUT! My stubbornness, drive, determination and denial all contributed to me slowly deteriorating my wellbeing and losing myself. It then took me a whole year plus to pull myself out and get my body and mindset back to an optimal level. And, I never missed a day of work through any of it …insane … YES.
I don’t want that to happen to you!
I am tired of seeing people miss out on their life because they are just too “busy”.
I HAVE BEEN THERE AND KNOW HOW YOU FEEL:
- By society or other pressures to “perform”
- This is the norm, I just need to keep going, everyone I work with is feeling the same so, it’s OK
- I’m working on my career. This is what needs to happen “Work hard….”
- I’m chasing that title …. but do I really know why?
- I can’t let people down. I need to show up
- My job is my purpose….Or, is it?
- Your responsibilities don’t allow you to slow down and take the time. Life is too busy!
